The big thing of course is that both The Lord of the Rings Trilogy and The Hobbit Trilogy are coming to Ultra HD Blu-ray on December 1st and will feature Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision. This will be a feast for the ears and eyes.

A lot of new announcements, mostly of catalog titles due to COVID-19. The most interesting one being Total Recall coming on December 8 on 4K Blu-ray with Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision.

The most notable title is Whiplash, coming on 4K Blu-ray on September 22 with Dolby Atmos.
Quick site update today while it’s obviously a pretty slow period considering the world situation. Still, some confirmation of Atmos (War of the Worlds, Sonic and classic Top Gun) and DTS:X (Bad Boyz for Life) soundtracks.

I also made some updates to the lists including entries for the standalone Star Wars movies as they will have a separate release from the Skywalker Saga boxset.

The most important news is of course that the upcoming release of Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga on Ultra HD Blu-ray on March 31 with Dolby Atmos for all nine movies.

Quick update to the site lists today with the main highlight being we now have a date for The Joker on Ultra HD Blu-ray. The movie will be available on January 7 and will feature a Dolby Atmos soundtrack.
